1. Information we process

We process account and workspace details, public business URLs and extracted facts, the facts you confirm, connected-service credentials, prompts, AI answers and citations, prepared actions, approvals, publications, bot visits, AI referrals, leads, sales, and payment metadata. We do not store card details.

2. Public and private data

The public recommendation index uses discovery questions and public observations. Brand-specific questions, account data, private connector data, customer lists, leads, and sales are not included in the public index or shared with another customer.

3. How we use data

We use data to authenticate users, profile brands, collect and classify search answers, diagnose gaps, prepare and publish approved actions, measure results, prevent abuse, process payment, back up the service, and improve recommendations.

4. Providers

Depending on the features you connect, data may be processed by Creem, Cloudflare, our hosting provider, configured AI collection and model providers, Postiz or Zernio, your website and commerce platforms, social networks, and your email provider. We send only the data needed for the requested operation. Private customer data is not sent to a free model tier that may train on submissions.

5. Retention and deletion

Historical public AI answers are retained to preserve time-series evidence. Account and private brand data are retained while needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Free scan links expire after 30 days. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion. You may also request removal of your business name from the public index.

6. Security and contact

We use email-code authentication, encrypted connector secrets, tenant boundaries, signed approvals, restricted access, and encrypted verified backups. No internet service is risk-free. Contact us at support@searchiz.com.
