1. The service

Searchiz profiles a business from public and user-confirmed facts, measures how configured search engines answer approved questions, diagnoses gaps, prepares actions, publishes an exact approved version through connected services, and reports separate visibility, traffic, lead, and sale measurements.

2. Review and approval

AI and automated output can be inaccurate. Only facts you confirm are eligible for published content. You are responsible for reviewing each action and ensuring it is truthful, lawful, authorized, and compliant with your industry and each destination platform. Searchiz does not publish an edited or unapproved version.

3. Plans and payment

Standard is USD 29 per month, Team USD 39, Pro USD 49, and Ultimate USD 99. Annual billing, when offered, charges ten months for twelve months of access. Plans renew until canceled and differ by capacity, brand count, and monitoring cadence. Creem acts as Merchant of Record and may handle tax, receipts, refunds, and disputes.

4. Connected services

You authorize Searchiz to perform only the approved operations on accounts you connect. Availability depends on the destination platform. A bridge provider may be used until an official connection is approved and is labeled in the product. You must have the right to use submitted URLs, content, images, customer lists, and connected accounts.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Searchiz for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, unsolicited, or fraudulent activity, fake reviews, astroturfing, directory spam, platform circumvention, unauthorized lists, or access to another customer. Rate and budget limits apply to automated use.

6. Results and availability

Search answers vary by model, method, time, and location. We do not guarantee ranking, citation, traffic, leads, sales, or uninterrupted provider availability. Failed and unsupported collection is excluded from visibility denominators.

7. Liability and contact

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Searchiz is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or business interruption, and total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected billing period. Contact support@searchiz.com.
